| Larry
Fulkerson, a native Californian
recently joined RMS Communications
Group, Inc. as the Director
of Business Development. Larry
worked his way through college
while selling Honda motorcycles
in Fresno CA. In 1984, after
completing college, Larry received
his Real Estate license and
moved to the San Francisco Bay
Area where he and his wife Karen
started a family. During his
Real Estate career Larry managed
over 2,000 Real Estate transactions,
and supervised more than 200
Real Estate agents. In 1990,
a string of events found Larry
working in a family business
that was involved in the petroleum
handling and storage industry.
That business venture took Larry
and his immediate family to
British Columbia Canada for
the next several years. Larry
has always been environmentally
conscious, and this venture
allowed Larry the ability to
focus his passion for the environment,
while helping small businesses
comply with increasing environmental
regulations.
Upon
selling the family business,
Larry returned to Northern California,
where he was employed by Intel
Corporation, as a security manager.
Although Larry had little experience
in managing corporate security
programs, he was able to take
his years of management experience,
along with his ability to closely
manage projects, which made
him very successful within the
organization. After 7 years,
Larry left Intel, and hung his
Real Estate license with Coldwell
Banker. Along with Larry’s
interest in preserving the environment,
he also has a strong interest
in the high tech industry.
Larry
is very active in his community
where he assists several non-profit
organizations raise money. By
combining these three interests,
Larry is able to assist community
organizations fund special projects,
while helping the environment
by reducing the amount of waste
buried in landfills. Larry has
been married since 1981, has
three school age children, and
is very active in his community
in Folsom, California.
